After the Associaation’s formation, the first committee of the associaation was formed with Mr. Nalla Gounder as president, T.M. Muthusamy as vice president, Mr.S. Palaniyappan as secretary, Mr. T.K.Mani as Asst. Secretary and Mr. K. Kandhasamy as treasurer, along with the committee the associaation also appointed ten administrative members during the beginning.

To Strength the associaation an office was opened in the presence of Mr.K.Muthusamy (Tiruchengodu lorry owners associaation President) in 1974. The new office was started in salem main road. During this time the associaation added an another forty three members and became a strong organization. After the first Anniversary celebration of the associaation in 1975 , The associaation members gathered to elect the new committee. The new committee was formed with

Along with them ten administrative members were also elected on that day. The total strength of the associaation is 233 at that time.every vehicle taking load from cement factory. These subscription become the financial foundation for the associaation.
